Application and Features :
※ Applied to fabricate PE PP PVDF elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60°)

※ Fitting in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting and make an integrated fitting.

※ Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fitting

※ Removing PTEF coated heating plate with separate temperature controlling system.

※ Electric planning tool with safety limit switch enable to start it only when it is locked in the operation position.

※ Low starting pressure and high reliable seal structure.

※ Separate two-channel timer record times in soaking and cooling phase.

※ Digital pressure meter enable to control pressure accurately.

※ Linear guide ways are equipped with eating plate, planning tool and dragging plate.

※ Products comply with 98/37/EC and 73/23/EEC standards.
